Description
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire process. Build and maintain a strong client base through effective networking, marketing, and relationship-building. Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities
Below are a list of common responsibilities for a real estate agent in general. This is not a comprehensive list.

Prospect for new clients
Generate leads through various methods (e.g., open houses, referrals ...) and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers.

Conduct market analysis
Evaluate property values based on comparative properties, assess market trends, and provide accurate pricing strategies.

List and market properties
Create compelling property listings, coordinate showings, and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract buyers.

Negotiate offers
Represent buyer's/seller's best interests in the negotiating process; Ensuring a smooth and favorable closing terms for the client.

Manage transactions
Coordinate with all parties involved (e.g., lenders, attorneys, inspectors) to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.

Provide exceptional client service
Maintain open communication, address client concerns, and build long-lasting relationships.
Requirements
Below are a list of common requirements for a real estate agent in general. This is not a comprehensive list. Nor does the lack of a skill preclude your from being hired. On the job training is available for the right candidates.

Active Real Estate License
Must possess a valid real estate license in Wisconsin. If unlicensed, be able to obtain license before conducting transactions.

Proven Sales Experience
Demonstrated track record of success in sales or a related field. Training is available but experience is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to easily build rapport with clients.

Negotiation Expertise
Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients during tense negotiations on price and terms.

Local Market Knowledge
Familiarity with the local real estate market. This can be picked up on the job but is a huge advantage starting out.

Tech Savvy
Proficient in using technology tools for organization, marketing, communication, and transaction management.
