Brooks Litz

Brooks has been with Lisa’s team since 2023, but it wasn’t the first time he has worked with her. In 2008, Lisa helped Brooks cross the cheddar curtain of Illinois and Wisconsin, when he and his wife were looking to buy their first home.  She found him a great home in Pleasant Prairie to start his new family.  Subsequently, he used Lisa Again when he sold that home and bought their current one. 

Brooks was a firefighter before joining the team.  Prior to that, he was in the mortgage industry for seven years.  He has knowledge of financing options and knows what to look for, depending on the financing.  He brought with him his passion for helping others and his sense of teamwork, always working towards the best possible outcome.  Brooks is great at putting out fires, but also strongly believes in prevention, so that they rarely occur. 

Brooks is happy to have made the move to Wisconsin (which you’ll often hear him say) and the move to this team.  Every now and then you might even catch him cheering for the Packers, unless they are playing against the Bears.  He is proud to be part of the number one real estate team in the area.
